Q. What method is used to ship my package?

A. Planners ship USPS Priority, other items USPS First class

 

Q. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A. Yes

 

Q. Can I change the shipping address on my order?

A. Unfortunately once order is placed the address can't be changed. 

 

Q. My package has been delayed in shipping.  What do I do?

A. You must contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided to you. DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC USPS is having major delays. Please allow an additional week to receive your order, If still not delivered please email Help@cadashco.com

 

Q. How thick is the paper? 

A. Pages are 100 gsm, Art spreads are 120 gsm

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Currently DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC there is no international shipping on planners. 

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled.
